What is personal data according to Regulation (EU) 2016/679
Personal data is information that directly or indirectly identifies the subject as a natural person. A broad definition is adopted, implicitly meaning a combination of information that leads to the identification of the person. "BONIKA-S" EOOD does not collect or process special categories of personal data revealing racial or ethnic origin, political views, religious or philosophical beliefs or membership in trade unions, as well as does not process genetic data, data on health status or data on sexual life or the sexual orientation of the natural person.
WHAT INFORMATION DOES THE COMPANY COLLECT?
"BONIKA-S" EOOD processes your personal data to carry out its activities, to contact you and conclude a contract for the provision of better, more quality and diverse services.
Вn connection with the implementation of our activity, we process the following groups of personal data:
Identification data - three names;
Contact details - e‐mail, address, telephone;
Data regarding the rights of the Person vis-à-vis the Counterparty – legal representative, representative under power of attorney, employee;
Contact form on our websites - name, surname, e-mail.
Web flags - these are electronic images that collect limited information, do not carry any personal data and are used only to track the effectiveness of a campaign.
Links - our sites may include links to other web sites that are beyond our control. We cannot be responsible for the privacy or content of these websites, but we provide these links to make it easier for our visitors to find more information on specific topics.
REASON FOR COLLECTION PERSONAL DATA
"BONIKA-S" EOOD processes personal data only for the following purposes:
А) Handling inquiries about the company's services, as well as the relations that arise on this occasion; Providing personalized service.
In these cases, the data is processed for the purposes of providing services, according to Regulation (EU) 2016/679.
The processing is necessary to comply with legal obligations that apply to "BONIKA-S" EOOD. For example, for the issuance of an invoice, the legislation requires the indication of certain personal data of the representatives of the parties to the transaction.

STORAGE AND PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
"BONIKA-S" EOOD processes and stores the personal data of individuals by electronic form and/or by maintaining a paper medium.
All electronic and paper media containing personal data are protected with appropriate organizational and technical measures in accordance with the requirements of the regulation on the protection of personal data to prevent accidental or intentional destruction, accidental loss, unauthorized access, modification or distribution, as well as from other illegal forms of processing.
Personal data in electronic form are stored on own servers in the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria and on cloud systems of reliable providers.
Own servers have limited access and are in secured facilities on the territory of the European Union. They are subject to ongoing verification and are protected by anti-virus software, firewall and others. Only employees of "BONIKA-S" EOOD who need such access to achieve the above-described goals or for whom the law requires it have access to the personal data we process. Access is organized by password.
n certain cases, an obligation to provide information to the competent state authorities may arise, with which we are obliged by law to comply.
We do not provide your information to third parties to be used by them for marketing purposes.
Period for storing personal data
"BONIKA-S" EOOD stores your personal data for the period, according to the current regulatory requirements. Your personal data is destroyed after the purposes for which it was collected have been fulfilled, unless there is a statutory requirement for a specific retention period.
RIGHTS OF THE INDIVIDUAL IN RELATION TO THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
According to the current regulation, you have the following rights to ensure the protection of your personal data:
RIGHT OF ACCSESS
You have the right to receive confirmation from "BONIKA-S" EOOD whether your personal data is being processed by the company. This includes the right to access the personal data, as well as the right to receive a copy of the data free of charge (except in cases of excessively repetitive enquiries). You have the right to be provided with a description of the main characteristics related to the processing of your personal data.
RIGHT OF CORRECTION
You have the right to correct or request that "BONIKA-S" EOOD correct inaccurate, incomplete or outdated personal data relating to you.
RIGHT TO DELETE /RIGHT TO BE FORGOTTEN/
You have the right to request from "BONIKA-S" EOOD to delete of your personal data when any of the following apply:
- The personal data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or otherwise processed;
- The person has objected to the processing;
- The person's personal data was processed unlawfully;
- The individual's personal data must be deleted to comply with a legal obligation under EU law, the law of a Member State or the law of another country.
- "BONIKA-S" EOOD can refuse to delete the personal data of the person if their processing is necessary for:
- practicing the right to freedom of expression and the right to information;
- compliance with a legal obligation that requires processing or for the performance of a task of public interest;
- for reasons of public interest in the field of public health, for the purposes of scientific or historical research or for statistical purposes;
- to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
RIGHT TO LIMIT PROCESSING
You have the right to demand from "BONIKA-S" EOOD to limit the processing of your personal data in the following cases:
- When disputing the accuracy of the personal data provided by the person and processed by "BONIKA-S" EOOD. The restriction is for a certain period to allow us to verify the accuracy of the personal data provided;
- In case of illegal processing, but the person's wish is that the personal data is not deleted, but that their use is limited;
- When "BONIKA-S" EOOD no longer needs the personal data for the purposes of processing, but the Person requires them to establish, exercise or defend legal claims;
- When the Person has objected to the processing of his personal data and expects "BONIKA-S" EOOD to check whether the legal grounds of "BONIKA-S" EOOD for the processing of personal data take precedence over the interests of the person.
If the processing of your personal data is restricted by "BONIKA-S" EOOD, you will be informed in advance. Before we lift a restriction that has occurred, you will also be informed in advance. You have the right at any time to object to the processing of personal data concerning you.
RIGHT TO DATA PORTABILITY
Upon your request, we will transfer your personal data to another controller if this is technically feasible and the express condition is that the processing is based on your consent or a contractual obligation. In this way, a copy of your personal data may be directly transferred by us to another controller specified by you.

In this case, we stop processing your personal data, unless we can demonstrate that there are compelling legal grounds that take precedence over your interests or for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims.
